At BC Perfume, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances crafted with care and precision. Because fragrance is a personal product, we maintain a clear and fair return policy that protects both our customers and product integrity.
By placing an order on https://bcperfume.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and product safety standards, fragrance products can only be returned under limited conditions.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unopened and unused
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be in original packaging with all components included
• Contain at least 95% of the original liquid
Items that cannot be returned include:
• Opened fragrances
• Used products
• Products with damaged or missing packaging
• Promotional items or free gifts unless returned with the original order
BC Perfume reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return request:
- Log in to your BC Perfume customer account
- Open your order details
- Submit a return request through the return portal

• Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing and shipping every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Required documentation:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
Once reviewed, BC Perfume may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• Another appropriate resolution
BC Perfume reserves the right to determine the final resolution.
4. Store Credit Policy
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit details:
• Store credit is applied directly to your BC Perfume account
• Store credit does not expire
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
• Once store credit is used, it cannot be refunded
Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error by BC Perfume, customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Secure packaging of returned products
BC Perfume is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once a package is shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located:
Customers should:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
If the package is still missing, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation.
BC Perfume will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused delivery
The customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
BC Perfume is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
8. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping environment, BC Perfume reserves the right to:
• Cancel or refuse suspicious orders
• Request identity or payment verification
• Limit orders from accounts with excessive return activity
Orders flagged for fraud prevention may be held, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact BC Perfume customer support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:
• The customer’s account may be restricted or suspended
• Future orders may be declined
BC Perfume reserves the right to provide all order documentation, delivery confirmation, and transaction records to payment processors and financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
10. International Orders
Currently, BC Perfume primarily supports returns within the United States.
International orders may not be eligible for returns due to customs regulations and international shipping restrictions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
